Why don't you use the actual candy names?

Candy names are trademarked so we cannot legally use those product names. However, we have tried to put a fun spin on the names! If you cannot figure out the actual candy name, send us an email at info@sugarmamacandyshop.com and we will happily provide you with a list of the brand name of the candy that we use.

What is your turn-around time (TAT)?

Sugar Mama's Candy Shop's freeze-dried candy is made fresh daily in small batches and made to order, so our turnaround time is up to 5 business days after payment is received depending on order size. However, with the exception of sales or holidays, our normal TAT is 1-2 business days. Please keep in mind that large orders, holidays or sales may take longer to ship your order.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are not accepted, but please email us at i nfo@sugarmamascandyshop.com if you have any issues or problems with your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

PayPal or Cash (for in-person pickup orders)

Where do you ship?

At this time, we only ship to the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska via USPS (United States Postal Service). Shipping is a flat rate of $8, with FREE shipping on all orders over $50.

Do you allow local pickups?

Yes, we do! In fact, if you live in Fernandina Beach (32034), we will happily deliver your order if you spend $50 or more. For orders less than $50, if you live in Fernandina Beach (32034) or Yulee (32041 or 32097), or surrounding cities (Hilliard, Callahan, Jacksonville, etc.), we can discuss date/time pick-up options (in a public place for everyone's safety, of course!).

Will a tracking number be available for my order?

Each order includes a tracking number, so once your order is filled you will automatically get an email with the tracking information. Please note that once your package leaves my hands, Sugar Mama's Candy Shop is NOT responsible for any damage or if they lose your package.
