RETURNS:

Sugar Mama's Candy Shop does not offer returns on edible products due to safety concerns.  If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us at info@sugarmamascandyshop.com within 3 days of receipt of your order.  

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:

All orders are packed with great care to ensure their safe arrival.  However, once the package leaves our hands it is out of our control how they are handled by package carriers, so on rare occasions packages may be damaged during shipping.  

Please inspect your package upon arrival contact us immediately at info@sugarmamascandyshop.com if your item(s) are too damaged for consumption.  Please info photos of the shipping box as well as the containers/packages of candy themselves.  We will evaluate the issue and do what we can to make it right!

Please note that certain candies are very delicate/fragile and are excluded from being counted as a damaged item.  These candies will be listed as "fragile" or "heat sensitive" on the website.
